仅你的邮箱地址,以及你选择监控的 Anliegen 类别。
Only your email address and the Anliegen categories you choose to monitor.

2. 用途 / Purpose

发送外管局 Termin 提醒邮件,以及订阅确认/退订链接。
Sending Termin notification emails and the related opt-in / opt-out links.

3. 法律依据 / Legal basis

Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO — Einwilligung. 你在订阅时勾选同意,可随时撤回。
Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR — Consent. Granted at signup, revocable at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

4. 存储期限 / Retention

邮箱保留至你点击退订链接,届时立刻从数据库删除。未在 24 小时内确认订阅的邮箱不会进入正式通知列表。
Your email is stored until you click the unsubscribe link, at which point it is removed from our database. Unverified signups are not used for notifications.

5. 第三方 / Third parties

邮件通过 Gmail SMTP 发送(Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Irland)。Google 作为处理者短暂经手邮件内容。
Emails are sent via Gmail SMTP (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland), which briefly processes email content as a sub-processor.

根据 GDPR,你享有访问、更正、删除、限制处理、数据可携、反对处理及向监管机构投诉的权利。
